What is the quality level of your products?
Very high. We only carry the best brands like American Apparel, Bella, and Gildan. Our printing process uses a technology that won't fade or degrade.
How do the Women's shirts fit?
Our Women's shirts come in 2 different fits; Fitted and Relaxed. The majority of our Women's items are Fitted, which means the are cut to fit closer to the body and run a tad small. Our Relaxed fit styles are cut with a more generous fit, which means they will fit more like a basic t-shirt. Always review the size chart for each item before making your selection, located on the 'Product Details' page. (example)
Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes, we have both short sleeve and long sleeve plus size tees.
Are you able to get sizes other than what are offered on the site?
We try to stock all sizes offered by our manufacturers, so if you do not see the size you are looking for, chances are is it not offered in that size. If you find that there is not a size available in the item that you wish to purchase, feel free to email us and let us know! We will do our best to accommodate all requests and your feedback is very important to us.
Do you have women's sizes?
Of course. Please see our Women section. If you'd like something that is not such a snug fit, look for the Relaxed Fit label.

How do I add my own image?
First, create an account or sign in to your existing account. Then, select the item you would like to design and click "Upload Image" from the design center. You can upload a PNG, GIF, or JPG file. If you have a design without a background, save it as a transparent PNG. File sizes must be under 400 kb.
Can I add a design to the sleeve of the shirt?
Any special requests should be added to comments box on the checkout page. If it can be done we will do it for you. If not, we will work with you to figure out an alternative solution.
Can I add more than 4 lines of text on a shirt?
Yes. Please contact customer service through our live chat button or phone number located at the top of the page.
Can I save a design?
Yes. Simply click the save icon in the Design Center.
Saving a design offers many terrific advantages. Let.s say you are on a softball team and you.re in charge of creating shirts. It.s a bit risky to buy all of those shirts yourself because you never know if your teammates will pay you back. At BridalPartyTees, simply design the shirt, save it to your gallery, and email the link to all of your teammates. They can each purchase their own!
I'd like to show off my design in the gallery. How do I do that?
Click on the save icon. The next page will ask if you would like to share your design or keep it private. Choose .Share.. Adding tags to your design will help people find it. The tags acts as categories, so if you design a shirt for your softball team, feel free to tag it: "Softball, Sports, Team, etc".
What happens to public designs in the gallery?
Anyone can view them and purchase them. They cannot edit your saved design, but they can create a custom version of their own by clicking "Customize it". BridalPartyTees users are free to use the public designs in any way they would like, including posting them to other websites, advertising, and emailing.
Is my order safe?
Absolutely. Your order is guaranteed 100% secure. All orders are encrypted with 128-bit SSL technology, and no credit card numbers are stored in the database. Our website is also scanned daily by McAfee Secure to ensure safe ordering.
How can I make a change once my order has been submitted?
Please call 1-800-721-9895 within 24 hours of placing your order to make any changes.
Can I leave a note with a gift purchase?
Yes. Please tell us you would like to leave a note along with the note in the comment box on the checkout page.
Do you have a catalog?
Not at this time, because all of our designs are custom and the possibility of shirt and design combinations are limitless!
How long does it take to get an order?

Which shipping providers do you use?
Standard delivery is done through the United States Postal Service. Expedited delivery is done through FedEx. (Note: FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes)
